House Manager

I have practical experience and training in the supervision and up keep of a large household and property including:

  • Housekeeping and maintenance.
  • High end wardrobe maintenance, laundry and dry cleaning.
  • Shopping and errands.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Meal planning and preparation.
  • Kitchen and pantry stocking and maintenance
  • Large, small & exotic animal care & training.
  • Minor household repairs.
  • Coordinating and overseeing pool, yard and household upkeep, maintenance, & repair.
  • Maintaining and balancing household budget.
  • Care and maintenance of fine furnishings, antiques and art works.
  • Personal and household shopping and errands.
  • Obtaining and supervising contractors and sales reps.


Personal Chef

I grew up in a kitchen, a 4th generation professional scratch cook. I am experienced in old fashioned country home cooking, low carb, low cal, vegetarian, ethnic, and gourmet. Cooking is a passion and I am always learning and inventing wonderful new things. I love cooking with local and seasonal supplies and preparing a variety of healthy and beautiful dishes to please the eye as well as the palate.

Day Clients

4-6 meals fixed in one day. I purchase what ever is needed for groceries, bring it to your home and prepare 4 to 6 meals in your kitchen. I clean out the frig and package up what I fixed. Fill the frig with fresh home cooked meals and clean up the mess. Most of my clients go with cooks choice so I can shop specials and seasonal but, I can fix any specific meal and work within any particular dietary parameters that meet your likes and needs.

The cost for this service is $150.00 for the day plus the cost of groceries, which gives you 4 to 6 meals with leftovers for lunches (opt).


Special Dinners/Parties

I charge $40.00 an hour for dinner/special event cooking with a 2 hr. minimum. If the party is larger (over 10) I can quote a charge by the plate. I am also available for serving and clean up for which there is an extra charge.

If you are thinking of having a large party (over 50) please keep in mind, I am cooking in your home. It will be necessary for you to have a large enough kitchen, enough pans and utensils and refrigeration as well as enough dishes to serve that many people. If you don’t, you would be better served to consider having your event catered from outside.


Full Time Chef

I am available at this time for full time service as a private chef. Salary is negotiable dependent on your needs. Please contact me for further details.

 §   I am willing to be bonded if needed.

 §   I have never smoked or taken drugs and very rarely drink alcohol.

 §   A relaxed country situation that includes housing is desirable.

 §   My passport is current.

 §   I am certified in Emergency First Aid, Adult, Child and Infant CPR and AED.
